Use hypnosis to empower you

Improve your confidence with hypnotherapy
  • Practical Hypnotherapy takes a professional approach to using hypnosis for making positive, long-term changes that you can use in your everyday life.

I am proud to have welcomed clients from Leeds, Pontefract, Doncaster, Wakefield, Harrogate, Keighley and Manchester as well as from closer to home in Halifax and Bradford. I’ve even had clients come to me from London, Wales and Scotland on referral. It comes down to this. How far will you go to get to where you want to be?

There are many reasons why hypnotherapy can be the way to move forward to address certain behaviours, habits and emotions that we find we experience throughout our lives.

By addressing your subconscious mind directly, hypnosis is a powerful tool that can empower you to achieve your desired goals far more rapidly than many conventional methods in the past may have done. Gone are the potential years of exhaustive and expensive treatments.

How many sessions you require will be down to the individual. My 1 session Stop Smoking programme at around 90 minutes can be longer than other sessions but is tailored to have you a non-smoker by the time you leave me. Other therapies may require further sessions, but I generally aim to have the desired outcome as soon as possible. Hypno-Band is a 4 session system. Please see my price guide for further information.
I always conduct pre-treatment talks (which take place at session 1), keep session records confidential and safely locked up.

  • I am located between Bradford and Halifax in Calderdale, West Yorkshire.

It can also be an inception point of unease to those who were previously pretty satisfied with themselves.

I’m glad that, for the most part, that advertising campaign and movement is mostl
